United States Postal Service at 150 South 8th Street, Lewiston, New York.

I was told by the office that for a one time package delivery, I wouldn't need to pay to rent a post office box monthly. That my package would come in and I could just pick it up. I did this once at this post office with no problem about 3 years ago and know a few others that have used this service. When I called back to see if a recently delivered package was there I was told abruptly that they would never do that and the package would be returned to sender. My loss. I guess they have different rules for different people at different times. This is very unfortunate and my business is suffering because of their miscommunications and inconsistency in business practices.
