Bought flowers and chocolates for my mother in New York. I live in Arizona. Was the only florist I knew in the area. Never dropped off the chocolates that my mother was expecting and i was charged for. Told by Pete the owner that they would deliver the next day with a card took down a message for the card. Mother sat and waited for them and never showed up the next day. Finally told a third time that they would refund the payment and how "sorry" they were. When I received the refund for the chocolates it was refunded less than the amount I actually paid. All the mistakes and hassle plus being so so "sorry" for the mistakes that were never correct or made right; on top of all of this I'm shorted for my refund and didn't receive the whole amount back for what I paid for the chocolates even after I emailed the business back no reply just ignored.
